Our AUCTION BIDDING SERVICE is for clients who have found their ideal property, they have done their research, conducted due diligence including market pricing analysis, and they just want a professional to bid for them at auction.

  • Buyers who live interstate or overseas and cannot attend the auction
  • Even local Buyers who cannot attend the auction for whatever reason

  • Then there are buyers who would like to attend the auction but do not want to bid themselves

How Much Does the AUCTION BIDDING Service Cost?

It’s a TWO-STEP charge. The engagement fee is $880 and the success fee is $770 ONLY payable upon exchange of contract (or at settlement).

The Engagement Fee includes a two hour discovery and strategy meeting held at least 4 days prior to the auction. This includes our advice and opinion as to the market value, and the overall recommended strategy.

The Success Fee is only charged if, and when, we secure the property for our Client. We do not pressure our clients to go over their budget, and we set out our course in the strategy meeting to ensure full compliance to your wishes.
