How Much Does the Auction Bidding Service Cost?

It’s a TWO-STEP charge. The engagement fee is $880 and the success fee is $770 ONLY payable upon exchange of contract (or at settlement).

The Engagement Fee includes a two hour discovery and strategy meeting held at least 4 days prior to the auction. This includes our advice and opinion as to the market value, and the overall recommended strategy.

The Success Fee is only charged if, and when, we secure the property for our Client. We do not pressure our clients to go over their budget, and we set out our course in the strategy meeting to ensure full compliance to your wishes.
