My career in real estate began in the late 1980s as a sales agent, and since then I have operated an independent real estate agency, worked as a certified mortgage broker, and owned multiple businesses. This broad background means I understand property from the inside — including how agents price, how vendors think, and where buyers are most likely to overpay if they don’t have the right guidance.
