AUCTION BIDDING SERVICE

$880 including GST to attend and bid. Success fee is payable upon securing your property.

Includes 1 hour initial meeting and 1 hour prior to auction meeting to ensure you are ready and prepped. This can be done in person or via zoom call.

EVALUATE & NEGOTIATE ONLY

Engagement fee of $3,300 including GST for one property.
Engagement fee of $6,600 including GST for three properties.

You find the property and we do all the due diligence including comparative market analysis, liaising with selling agent to find out vendor motivations, investigate property history, neighbourhood pros and cons and of course, determine fair price to offer with and negotiate accordingly.

SPECIAL NOTE: ANCILLARY CHARGES BY PROFESSIONALS ENGAGED BY US ON YOUR BEHALF ARE PAYABLE DIRECTLY TO THEM. THIS INCLUDES PEST AND BUILDING INSPECTORS, SOLICITORS, STRATA REPORTS AND ANY OTHER RELATED PROFESSIONALS AS RECOMMENDED BY US AND DEEMED TO BE REQUIRED BY YOU, THE PROPERTY BUYER.
