Most people have seen the US show House Hunters which films people hunting for properties to buy or rent, in various parts of the world. Their Buyer’s Agent shows them three properties that mostly fit their brief, and they have to choose one. They make it look easy, but there is much for the Buyer’s Agent to do behind the scenes.
Well, House Hunters AU is a specialist buyer’s agency based in Sydney, and we pretty much do the same. We help our clients purchase their dream home or investment property here in Australia. At House Hunters AU we search and research dozens and dozens (hundreds even) of off-market, pre-market and advertised properties and present our clients with gems that meet their brief.
No two clients are the same and no two properties are the same, so a bespoke approach is required to narrow down that search for our clients to have the best to choose from. Of course, there are many external factors that buyer’s agents face, such as interest rates rises and falls, supply and demand, government announcements, taxes and budgets. Our job at House Hunters is to understand and work the market proactively for our client to be able to meet their budget with the best possible value and outcome.
